The Life Science learning area explores and investigates the living world around us, covering themes like plants, animals, and life and living. Use charts and 3D models to help learners discover the inner workings of the human body from an ear model to an anatomical kidney model and even a model of the skin – we’ve got you covered. We also sell models to illustrate the process of meiosis and mitosis. Learners will be amazed when they look at the pollen on a flower using a stereo microscope or more detailed prepared slides using our other high magnification microscopes. Set up a wormery so that learners can investigate the burrowing behaviour of earthworms or catch an insect and pin it to a board for learners to look close up at it.
