Grade 8-9 Mathematics Kit

Maths at high school level is often perceived as boring and difficult. What better way than to incorporate relevant equipment and fun apparatus to make Maths fun to teach and learn eliminating the preconceptions of Maths. The equipment supplied in this kit will assist with teaching all the compulsory sections allowing correct conceptual understanding through a hands-on-approach.

Grade 8-9 Natural Science

Life and Living is Term 1's focus. Lasec® Education not only provides kits but models to assist in understanding the basic building blocks of life. A Life-Sized Skeleton, Torso and other models of the Ear, Brain, Kidney, Heart and many more can bring theory to life. Learners can explore and develop their own understanding about themselves and the life around them with the aid of these models. The Grade 8-9 Natural Science kit will see you through the curriculum, beginning to end for Grade 8 and Grade 9.

Grade 8-9 Technology Kit

The fourth revolution is here and to fully understand it, it needs to begin with the understanding of such ideas in a practical manner. Allow learners to build models of cars and cranes before making it move through electronics. Mini-Practical Assessment Task's are made easy and cover the full years curriculum for Grade 8 and 9 with the help of the fun equipment supplied in this kit. As an added extra, the Group Technology Toolkit Kit contains tools needed to work with the Lasec® Education Intermediate and Senior Phase Technology kit. The toolkit provides sufficient tools for 10 groups of learners.

Grade 10-12 Life Science Kit and Microscope

Life at molecular, cellular, and tissue level can be explored through the various Microscopes (Compound and Stereo) that Lasec® Education offers. Class discussions are made easy when using the microscope camera that can be supplied with the microscope. Learners can have the option of viewing 25 different prepared slides that Lasec® Education offers or learners are able to make their own slides using the equipment and stains provided in the Microscope Kit. The Life Science kit allows the world to be explored and understood through the provided apparatus required for all the compulsory CAPS aligned practicals.

Grade 10-12 Physical Science Kit

Learners, during Term 1, will dive into practicals that involve the heating and cooling of water in Grade 10; the investigation of the relationship between force and acceleration in Grade 11 or the preparation of esters in Grade 12. Lasec® Education provides all the necessary apparatus for these individual practicals. In addition, Lasec® also supplies a kit that will cover the practicals from Term 1 through to Term 4 for Grade 10 through to Grade 12.
